2. Website, Hosting and Technical Data

Our website is hosted via EasyWP / Namecheap. When you visit the website, technical information such as your IP address, date and time of access, requested page, browser, device and server status information may be processed for the secure and reliable operation of the website. The legal basis is our legitimate interest under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Namecheap acts as a hosting service provider and processor and may use sub-processors. Data may in some cases be processed outside the European Economic Area subject to applicable data-protection safeguards.

We currently do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or comparable advertising analytics tools.

3. Contact and Project Requests

If you contact us by email, telephone or through the Start Project form, we process the information you provide in order to respond to your request and, where applicable, prepare or perform a contract.

The form may include your name/company, email address, exhibition/location, project description and an optional attachment of up to 10 MB. Requests submitted through the form are sent to sales@axiomexpo.com. Uploaded files are processed only for handling the respective inquiry.

For reliable delivery, we may use email or SMTP service providers acting on our behalf and may temporarily process technical delivery information.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for contractual or pre-contractual requests and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR for other business communications.

4. Google Maps, WhatsApp and Telegram

Our Contact page contains an embedded Google Maps map. When the map loads, your browser connects to Google servers and Google may process information such as your IP address, browser/device information, request data and, depending on your settings, location information. Google may also use cookies or similar technologies and processes this information under its own privacy policy.

Our website also contains links to WhatsApp and Telegram. If you use these services, the respective provider processes data under its own privacy policy. We use messages received through these services only to communicate with you and handle your request.

5. Storage and Your Rights

We store personal data only for as long as necessary for the respective purpose or as required by statutory retention obligations. If an inquiry results in a business relationship, relevant data may be retained for longer where required by commercial, tax or accounting law.

Under the GDPR, you may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection, as well as the right to withdraw consent where applicable and to lodge a complaint with a competent data-protection supervisory authority.
